NOGO Type M30X1.5-7H Metric Thread Plug Gauge for Testing Tapped Holes

These metric plug ring gauges are precision metrology tools designed for checking threaded or tapped holes. They verify proper thread type, major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, and pitch against mating thread gauges.

Manufactured using first-grade thread machining centers and measuring equipment, our plug gauges deliver high precision for global customers. Their simple working principle allows for quick results and easy operator training.

For small threaded parts, the gauge features a double-ended design with GO gauge on one end and NOGO on the other. Larger parts may use separate pieces. Acceptance criteria:

• GO gauge must pass through entire length without excessive rotational force
• NOGO gauge may enter no more than 2 turns when checked at both ends

Available in GO thread plug gauges, NOGO thread plug gauges, and combination GO/NOGO types.
